Where will I meet my driver at the port?

Your driver will be standing at the designated area of the port holding a sign with your name on it.

What if the ferry is delayed or early?

We will check the ferry status on the day and meet you accordingly.

What happens if I cannot find my driver?

If you cannot find your driver please do not hesitate to call us immediately, so that we can provide you with all the directions required.

I forgot something in one of your cars, how can I get it back?

Every time we complete a transfer, we clean the passenger area. If any personal belongings are left behind, the driver will be in contact with you.

What is the best way to contact you?

If your request is urgent it is best to call otherwise feel free to text us on WhatsApp or email and one of our employees will get back to you as soon as possible.
